Cancellations and Refunds

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy explains how cancelling, rescheduling and refunds work. It applies together with the Terms & Conditions and does not limit any rights you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

1. How to cancel or reschedule

Message me on WhatsApp (+27 60 550 7249) or email dartagnanassis@gmail.com. A message is enough. Please give as much notice as you can.

2. Cancelling or rescheduling a single session

When you tell meWhat happens
At least 24 hours before the sessionFree. We reschedule, or if you paid already and cannot rebook I refund that session.
Less than 24 hours before, or you do not arriveThe session may be charged at its normal price, because I hold that time for you and usually cannot fill it.
The player is ill or injured, or there is an emergencyTell me as soon as you can and we reschedule once at no charge.
The player cannot attend because of death or hospitalisation (of the player)Never charged.

3. If I cancel

If I cancel a session, or we cannot train because of weather, lightning, a venue closing or a safety concern, I will reschedule it at a time that suits you or refund it in full. You are not charged for it.

4. Packages (weekly and monthly) paid in advance

5. Cooling-off for online bookings

If you book online, you may cancel within 7 days of the booking without giving a reason and without a penalty, and you will receive a full refund of anything you paid, as long as no session has started. Once a session has taken place with your agreement, the sessions already delivered are charged and any unused sessions are refunded under section 4.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the account that paid, by EFT, within 15 business days of your cancellation or the date we agree the refund. Please send the account details I should refund if they differ from the paying account.

7. Problems

If you think a charge or refund is wrong, tell me first and I will put it right or explain. You may also contact the National Consumer Commission.
